1. 30-Day Return Policy

We gladly accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
  • Include all accessories, tags, manuals, and promotional items received with the product.
  • Not show signs of misuse, excessive wear, or intentional damage.

Returns requested after the 30-day return window may not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Products damaged through misuse or improper care.
  • Items returned without prior authorization.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your order arrives:

  • Missing parts

Include:

  • Your order number.
  • A detailed description of the issue.
  • Clear photos showing the product and packaging.

4. Return Process

Do not return products without receiving return instructions from our customer support team.

Unauthorized returns may experience delays or be refused.


5. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Depending on your financial institution, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after processing.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our error.


6. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Incorrectly shipped

If you need an exchange, please contact us before returning your product.


7. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before processing or shipment.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
